Watch Full Screen Flash While Working On Another Screen

As most of you do, I also have dual monitors hooked on my desktop PC, and enjoy using them because they give me adequate space while working on multiple windows at the same time. But sometimes it happens that, while doing something on one screen, I want to be streaming a movie on the other scree in full screen mode. This is where the problem occurs, flash wont allow you to leave it full screen while the focus in on another program, which makes it impossible to have a flash movie in full screen while working on some other programs in second monitor.
